WiFi DIRECT E-Mail Settings

E-mail settings for yourname@wifidirect.co.za or yourname@wifi-mail.co.za e-mail address

To setup your Outlook 2003 client to work with your WiFi DIRECT mail account:

1. Open Outlook 2003
2. Click the Tools menu and select E-Mail Accounts
3. Click Add a new e-mail account, then click Next
4. Choose IMAP / POP3 as your server type by clicking the radio button, and click Next
5. Fill in all the necessary fields to include the following information:

User Information:
Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the From: field of outgoing messages
E-mail address: Enter your full e-mail address (username@wifidirect.co.za or username@wifi-mail.co.za)

Server Information:
Incoming mail server (IMAP):
41.160.19.163
Outgoing mail server (SMTP):
192.168.254.254 or 41.160.19.163

Logon Information:
Username:
Enter your full email address ( username@wifidirect.co.za  or username@wifi-mail.co.za )
Password: Enter your e-mail password

7. Click More Settings ..... and then click on Outgoing Server tab
8. Make sure that the box next to 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' is unticked
9. Click OK

10. Click Next and Finish

Congratulations!  You're done configuring your client to send and retrieve your WiFi DIRECT and WiFi-Mail messages.
